What should I bring for a treatment?

Please bring and X-rays, MRIs and CTs, if you have made any, for the first treatment. If you don´t have any test results, don´t worry, I´ll make a recommendation if such a test is necessary in your case after a consultation.
As per all hygiene and safety regulations, the sheets are changed after every patient and the bed and room are disinfected. But if you feel more comfortable with having your own towel or sheet, then you´re more that welcome to bring it with you.
The disinfectant gel is available by the entrance as well as in the office.
There are no requirements when it comes to clothing, although for ladies I suggest wearing a typical bra, opened in the back, as with some of the methods I need to have access to your uncovered back. The only exception is Thai massage, where comfortable, stretchable clothing is required for everyone.
I´ll see you soon! :)

What TO DO and NOT DO after a treatment?

Every patient is asked about and, if needed, has their sleeping position adjusted. It´s one of the main things you can do to up-keep the effects of the treatment, eliminate a factor that is detrimental to your health and over time will give you extra benefits, like preventing some pains to happen again.

Be careful of the drafts, in general, but especially after a treatment. We live in a warm country, but rapid changes of temperature, eg. coming from the hotness outside to an air-conditioned place and back out again, or taking off your jacket and being exposed to cold wind or rain, can affect your body´s condition negatively. After a treatment, your blood circulation is increased, it is warmed up and sweating. Be mindful to not cool down your body too fast.

Drink a few (2-4) glasses of hot water. Your body during treatment loses water, you need to rehydrate yourself. It helps with regulating body temperature, digestion, detoxification, muscle relaxation, promoting blood circulation and nourishing the body.
